The Everett Clinic Mohs, Laser & Skin Surgery department offers the most advanced skin cancer treatment, as well as laser and skin procedures listed below.
“We can surgically treat skin cancers in one office visit,” says Gail de Imus, MD, FAAD, FACMS, a fellowship-trained, board-certified dermatologic surgeon who specializes in Mohs surgery. “This form of surgery not only offers the highest cure rate at 98% but also allows us to spare as much normal skin as possible.” Dr. de Imus is a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery.
Other Procedures Offered
Botox®
Using Botox, we reduce and soften the look of facial lines and wrinkles. Botox can improve the appearance of worry lines, frown lines, laugh lines and crow’s feet. There is minimal recovery time and the effects last 3-4 months.
Filler Injections and the “Liquid Facelift”
Using soft tissue fillers, we improve facial lines, wrinkles and scars by replenishing the layers beneath your skin. Fillers can be used to enhance thin lips and to fill in facial lines, giving you a younger refreshed look. We specialize in the “liquid facelift “. We offer hyaluronic acids (ex Restylane®, Perlane®) and calcium hydroxy appatite (Radiesse®) among other soft tissue fillers.
Laser Treatments™- Pulse Dye Laser
Using Pulse-Dye laser technology, we remove superficial vessels, spider veins, Port-Wine stains, vascular birthmarks and hemangiomas on the face. The laser treatment is also ideal for patients with Rosacea and prominent dilated blood vessels (telangectasia).
Pediatric Dermatologic Laser Treatment
Using a laser, we treat port-wine stains and various other vascular birthmarks and hemangiomas.
